  Artichoke Dip      
 
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped

Blend cheeses and mayonnaise together. (Milk can be added to thin the mixture). Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover the bottom of an 8 in. round cake pan with foil. Spread the dip mixture into the pan and bake for 30 min. at 350°. Serves 8 - 10.
