Spinach Salad

1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 cup sliced green onions
fresh ground pepper to taste
5 slices bacon

Dressing:
2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 hard-cooked egg, coursely chopped

Wash spinach, break off stems, and drain well on paper towels. Tear into small bite-size pieces, add
to large bowl. Add onions, sprinkle with pepper, and chill. Fry bacon, and when cool, crumble into
salad. Blend dressing ingredients and add to salad. Toss well and serve immediately.
