Holiday Fudge

     
 
1 can undiluted evaporated milk
1 2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped nuts
Combine milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to avoid burning; cook and stir for 5 min. Remove from heat; add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, and nuts. Beat to blend; until marshmallows and chocolate are melted. Pour into greased 9 in. pan. Chill for at least one hour to set.
