Pumpkin Pie

1 unbaked pie shell
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
|
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cups milk
|

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and flour; blend well.
Add milk; blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325°
and bake for an additional 40 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
