  Cranberry Walnut Bread      
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unmelted butter
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 eggs
2 cups chopped fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans. Sift all dry ingredients together. Add butter to dry ingredients; mixture will be coarse. Mix orange rind, orange juice, and eggs; add to dry ingredients and mix just until moist. Add in cranberries, walnuts and raisins. Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour. Makes two 9x5 loaves.
